To request a return/exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information
– Subject [ORDER # EXCHANGE / RETURN]
– Order number
– Reason for exchange or return
Step 2: Send your parcel over
– Seal the parcel securely with the item as well as the printed invoice in your preferred packaging.
– You may return your item(s) via your preferred postal service or drop it off at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase at the below address:

Registered mail is highly recommended as Bare will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
Step 3: Receive a confirmation email from us
Once we have received your parcel, inspection of the piece(s) will be done to make sure it is valid for an exchange or return. We will send you a confirmation email for your exchange or return within 1-5 business days.
Terms & Conditions:
- Returns will only be carried out in exchange for store credits
- We only accept size exchanges for items of the same colour as your original order
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition with tags on, and presented with the original invoice
- Items that are presented in unsatisfactory or damaged condition will not be accepted for exchanges and returns
- Items that are discounted or purchased on sale are not valid for exchange
- Customer has to bear the cost for postage for any exchanges or returns
- If said style is out of stock, exchange is only valid for an available item that is of the same price or lower
- If we have sent you a wrong size or order, we will bear all shipping costs
